Multijunctions in Amonix Solar Power Plants

摘要

Amonix has installed over 300 kW of CPV systems based on 111-V multijunctions. A performance model has been developed that effectively predicts system peak power and aggregate energy generation. System AC efficiencies reach 25% and power is expected to increase by over 10% in the next year.
