This document describes the computer program used to simulate the operation of the high temperature gas-cooled solar power plant. The program was used to assess the interrelations of plant components as opposed to the design of the individual elements. The model estimates the effectiveness of the Brayton cycle solar power plant on an hourly, daily and yearly basis. Herein is a description of the program and how the program is used including inputs, outputs and operating instructions. (ERA citation 09:004539)
