Gene bank valuable genotypes of animals in Romania and Hungary with biotechnology reproduction

摘要

The objective this work is to aplication the modern biotechnology methods using in the durable exploitation of animal genetic resources, the conservation of animal genetic biodiversity, the realization of a biotechnological bank of Animal Genetic Resources (AGR) for preserving the genetic background of animals. From a conservation standpoint the most important outcome of the census and the survey is the categorization of risk status for the extinction of the breed. In this common project we obtain the results: DNA collections for research and development, genetic distances for animal genetic resources, assisted selection with markers and the use of DNA markers, genetic mapping and molecular analysis for identifying known gene carriers.
