Drought is one of the most serious natural disasters in the world, especially the impact on agriculture. With the development of society, agricultural drought disaster situations is more and more serious, which led to severe food shortages, causing huge economic losses, and therefore agricultural drought disaster situations assessment has an important significance. Currently, there are many indicators and methods for agricultural drought disaster situations assessment, but Study on comprehensive consideration of various indicators through a method is rare. In the paper, study area is Northwestern Liaoning Province. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of various disaster losses indicators, based on the GIS technological, the AHP, the method of grey fixed weight clustering method and triangle whitening weight function method, make agricultural drought disaster situations assessment and draw regionalization map. Various indicators will be divided into mild, moderate, major and severe drought gray type, at last, it will obtain a agricultural drought disaster situations regionalization map on northwestern Liaoning Province.
