The Correlation Analysis of Real Estate Industry and Its Related Industries in JiLin Province

As an important pillar industry of national economy, the real estate industry is usually the first one of important industries that governments implement macroeconomic controL Because it has its own characteristics, such as long chain, wide ramifications and strong promotion, the rapid development of real estate industry produces different degree of chain reaction about its related industry. Based on the input-output model, the paper makes quantitative analysis about the correlation of the real estate industry and its related industries in JiLin Province, reveals the variation of them, has important significance of promoting the coordinated development between real estate industry and other related industries, and provide the beneficial reference for formulating real estate development planning and economic policy of JiLin Province.
