The Building of Three Gorges Reservoir Geologic Hazard Monitoring Network Platform based on Metadata

Three Gorges Reservoir Area is the area with very serious geologic hazards in our country, and the geologic hazards have seriously affected the construction and development of society and economy of Three Gorges Reservoir Area for a long time. To enhance monitoring and forecasting of the geologic hazards in Three Gorges Reservoir Area, on the basis of introduction of geology metadata standard and web service technology, constructing monitoring and early warning computer network platform of Three Gorges Reservoir Area based on metadata is preliminarily discussed in this article.
