摘要

Aimed at the practical problem of complexity of transmission system and low grinding precision in gear grinding machine, a new high-precision gear grinding machine with base circle differential generation is designed. The key mechanism of this machine is a difference servo system to realize an additional rotation of the spindle and linear motion of the grinder's table, so that high-precision grinding with differential generation can be obtained for the gears. Meantime, an industrial controller is used to develop the CNC system of the grinding machine as well as the control process. It is verified by practice that, in doing so, the transmission chain in the machine is simple, machining accuracy high, and cost of machine low, so that this machine possesses a certain value for practical application.
