A normal enterprise will experience a birth growth, mature, decline and death period the policy-making characteristic which every enterprise displays in the life cycle's different stage hare some general character actually, understanding that which life cycle stage is now in, thus the correct decision-making reprises its own condition, lengthens its own life as long as possible. The enterprise is at the different stage of life cycle, its resources disposition shape is different, and it displays different behavior and policy-making characteristic. In business life cycle's different stage determines different decision-making and management key and strategy.
