Effects of Coronatine on morphology and hormones of Different Wheat Varieties

The effects of coronatine and low temperature on morphological changes and hormones were studied in wheat seedlings, Coronatine could significantly increased ABA content Under normal growth condition, coronatine treatment remarkably increased GA content in leave. However, under chilling stress, the coronatine treatment decreased the GA. Coronatine treatment could increased ABA/GA, the effect of coronatine became more evident at low temperature.
