In recent years, with the increasing exposeddisadvantages, such as complicated and volatile buyer'smarket, low efficiency of internal management, high cost, lackof flexibility and so on, the companies' survival anddevelopment are seriously affected. In this paper, thephilosophy of integrated innovation has been brought into IEwhich integrates organizations, knowledge, resources andother elements to improve the IE application effect of industryenterprises and fundamentally enhance the competitiveness ofenterprises. This paper describes the theory source of leanthinking, the theory of integrated innovation, the problemsfaced at the present stage of China's manufacturing industry,the construction of integrated innovation system of industrialengineering in industry enterprises. Finally, an example will beintroduced for the application of lean thinking in designprocess.
