With the development of IT technology, network brings new inspiration for education, so it has been regarded as one of important environments for learner and collaborative learning has become an important learning mode of network self-study. Based on the theory and method of knowledge management, the author selects tourism Electronic Commerce course as the empirical object to establish a new teacher-guided, students-oriented teaching system which is proved to effectively foster students' innovation, exploration and collaboration in learning under the settings of Blackboard.
