Higher requirements are imposed on the overall quality of normal university students against the background of rapidly developing information technology and basic education reform. Considering that the learning model of normal university students must be reformed, from the perspective of E-Learning2.0, this paper explores two learning models respectively based on the interactive whiteboard (IWB) and the network platform and has a discussion about the scope of application of the two learning models with the course Biology Teaching Theory as an example.
