Career success is the goal of each of our quests. However, a long time, no matter in people's attitudes or scholars' research, the criterion of career success is mainly thought as career objective success, such as high salaries, high positions and so on. In fact, the subjective aspects of career, such as personal subjective feelings on the career are also very important. Choosing middle managers of enterprises in Songjiang district as the research objects, by the methods of interview and questionnaire, the topic is analyzed in detail the perceived career success of enterprises middle managers, and on this basis, is proposed suggestions and strategies on guaranteeing career success of enterprises middle managers.
