New concept of careful surveillance - a real challenge for insurance firms

The methods by which the competent authorities measure solvability at the insurance firms' level are different from one country to another, and the lack of a similar model of calculus may represent a barrier in the manifestation of free competition on the insurance market. And so, on the basis of a common market, in an attempt to protect the interests of the insurers as well as the insured, it becomes more necessary that all insurance companies are submitted to the same requirements in regard to their capacity to honor at any moment their obligations to the insured as well as a third party.
