Comparative Study on the Legislation of Chinese and American Product Liability

摘要

This paper, by means of the comparison between American product liability law and Chinese corresponding law, probes their legislation backgrounds, contents, contract default and compensation. It also comes up with pieces of advice on the improvement of china's product liability law.
