A Quantum Hydrodynamic Model for aPhotovoltaic Cell

摘要

We present a theoretical model for the behaviour of the propagation of electrons in aphotovoltaic cell with some Bohm quantum potential corrections. The system describes thedynamic of the electron density and the current density functions. Also, a numerical solutionfor the 1-dimensional case based on the backward finite differences method is given.
