CFRP lightweight floor system with integration of RTM process attachments. Highly integrated structure component. Integration of up to 60 parts. Online painting together with other body and hang on parts. Up to 50% weight reduction in comparison with a standard steel-underbody. Significant cost reduction and lower complexity in comparison with classical monocoques. Suitable for high volume production. Supplementary reserves in passive safety.
