We present the PHENIX measurements of identified hadron v2 and V4 from Snn1/2 = 200 GeV Au+Au collisions. V4 of pions, kaons and protons scales with the number of constituent quarks within the measured transverse kinetic energy range (KET/nq < 1 GeV). For all these particles the ratio of v4/v22 has a similar value ≈0.9. The scaling behavior of v2 is studied at high pT and a deviation from the universal scaling is observed for transverse kinetic energy per quark higher than 1 GeV.
