BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK BASED ON BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM

Many BPM frameworks are introducing digital dashboards, the balanced scorecard, key performance indicators and other management tools in IT time evaluate enterprise performance, real-time monitor of enterprise business operational status, to ensure the successful implementation strategy. The purpose of this article is to make enterprises learn new generation of BPM-BI framework composition and potential value. First, this article introduces the historical background of the BPM emergence, the relationship between BPM and BI. Secondly, the framework of enterprise performance management system based on business intelligence platform is been discussed, furthermore the use of the BI technological tools and BPM method is introduced in detail. Finally the paper revealed the strategy implementation of BPM system function, from the view of information resources integration.
