Cloud storage is the development and extension of cloud computing, this paper systematically describes the features of distributed cloud storage and GFS structure model of distributed cloud storage. According to the situation that current medical system exists such problems as the digital is not universal, circuit appears in contact of all kinds of medical system and the information of patients is not perfect, So the building framework and design of medical system based on GFS-based distributed cloud storage technology is proposed. It deeply analysis operating system environment and data parallel technology, achieve medical information better and forecasts the trend of GFS-based distributed cloud storage technology.
