This paper makes a study on the human resource of a large chemical enterprise. Emphasis is put on establishment and verification of a comprehensive analysis system for human resources management capacity through structural equation modeling, based on survey data, combined with HR 3P theory, and with software tool AMOS6.0. Empirical test shows this method is viable. The companies can find the existing problems in the management, which will provide reference for further human resources management improvement.
