Research and Application on the Virtual MaintenancePrototyping Modeling Methods

摘要

Virtual maintenance prototyping modeling (VMPM) is the kernel's technology of virtual maintenance simulation. A method of VMPM for large complex equipment is proposed. The frame structure and simulation data flow of the VMPM is established,and the VMPM technology was divided into four greatly part,namely,geometry modeling,physical attribute modeling,behavior modeling and interaction character modeling,each individual technology was further researched,the detailed modeling methods was given.Furthermore the methods and simulation flow offered are success fully applied to certain application virtual maintenance prototype establishing. The application makes more realistic scenes and more immerse scenes. That's adaptable.
