It is shown that there are 12 basic algorithms of reason owing to which superposition other, more complex algorithms are formed. Conformity of basic algorithms to 7 notes and 5 semitones of musical scale is revealed. The concept of valency or polarity of basic algorithm and also its power which characterize its ability to be united with other algorithms is entered and defines a format (ethics) in which the algorithm operates for the decision of a problem. The skeleton of the table of basic algorithms is offered - Galua spaces. Main principles of work of new AI system - an octava computer - are presented. Offered realization within the limits of an octava computer of the algorithms' compositions can be used for recursive decomposition - the synthesis, analysis, updating, accumulation of the information in view of an ideal end result.
