Aiming at the disadvantages of conventional relays in Control of mine hoists, this article induces application of full digital DC speed adjusting device based on PROFIBUS-DP field bus. This article gives the control system hardware configuration and software design. This design can make mine hoists perform stably and safely, fully meeting the requirements of modem mining hoists system to upgrade.
