Evaluation on OEM Enterprise's Transformation Performance Based on Grey Target Theory

Evaluation index system of OEM enterprise's transformation performance was constructed based on dynamic capability theory in this paper. The system included four first-level indexes as market sensing capability, learning and absorptive capability, social network capability and resource integration capability. Four first-level indexes were refined into twelve second-level indexes which could comprehensively estimate OEM enterprise's dynamic capability. After that, bull's-eye degree of grey target theory was introduced to evaluate OEM enterprise's transformation performance. Contribution degree of influencing factors was analyzed by contribution degree theory. The key influencing factors were identified according to contribution degree of each index. The results showed that the major factors affecting OEM enterprise's transformation performance are degree of insight into customer needs and problems of OEM enterprise, number of network connections established by cooperating with international customers, resource base of OEM enterprise, and cumulative investment of exclusive assets of OEM enterprise. On that basis, the countermeasures were proposed to improve OEM enterprise's transformation performance.
