In this presentation C-Lock Technology, Inc. ("C-Lock") will address emissions reporting requirements for coal-fired power plants, the current state of the data in the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) Part 75 database~1, and the importance of creating requirements that maintain the accuracy and integrity of that database. Coal-fired power plants are the focus because they emit roughly two billion tons of CO_2 per year in the US and make up a significant percentage of CO_2 emissions from point sources.
