The New Exploration of Hearing Impaired Written Language Instructional with Speech Recognition Technology

Written teaching of deaf students is an important topic of discussion. In this paper, from the current status of written learning for deaf students, author put forward a series of training and training methods for teaching deaf, combining speech recognition technology. Author has a new exploration for learning written language of deaf students.
