Measurement and Estimation for Density of NaNO{sub}2-KNO{sub}3-NaNO{sub}3 Ternary Molten Salts

The densities of NaNO{sub}2-KNO{sub}3-NaNO{sub}3 ternary molten salts system were measured by Archimedean law. A method of density estimation was introduced. The result shows that the molar volume is additive in NaNO{sub}2-KNO{sub}3-NaNO{sub}3 ternary molten salts mixtures. According to that, an estimating equation for its density was obtained and it showed good agreement with the experimental data.
