Passive current probes in power electronics and motion control

摘要

The paper introduces a passive current probe for measuring losses in power electronic switches. The proposed probe offers superior bandwidth with small phase shift of the measured current (very important when measuring switching losses of power switches) while at the same time keeping a low price ( due to the passive nature of the probe). The carried out experiments prove the abilities of the probe
