摘要

Graphene is a 2D "aromatic" monolayer of carbon atoms which has demonstrated exceptional physical properties, and attracted tremendous attention owing to its potential applications in many areas [1]. The common source of graphene is graphite, which can be considered as 3D crystals consisting of graphene layers, and many attempts have been made based on graphite oxide (GO) for the separation of graphite into grapheme layers [2]. GO is usually made by reacting graphite powder with strong oxidants such as a mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, which is known as Hummers method [3]. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are a group of materials which have had a rapid development and opened new possibilities of applications in the past decade [4].
