摘要

Recently, TiO2 nanoparticles have attracted a great interest for a large area of applications, e.g. photocatalyst for enviroment protection, photoelectron mediator for sensor and phtotosensitizer in OLEDs and solar cells. In this work, we reported the multifunctional film from TiO2 nanoparticles attached onto MWNTs, and SWNTs using spray method for demonstration of free standing, photoresponsive, conductive and flexible film, which can show great potential applications in flexible device industries.
