Graphite is one of the components in the high explosive. Many explosives used powdered aluminum as an activator of the combustion process. The traditional method of obtaining components of energy-intensive materials powder is mechanochemical treatment powders. Using mechanochemical treatment (MCT) for creating composite powder systems for various applications due to the fact that this method allows a complex influence on the material, changing its dispersion, defect, structure and composition of the surface layers. To facilitate the dispersion of ductile aluminum added surfactants [1]. It is found that machining of aluminum with additives in energy-intensive mills graphite leads to the appearance of a very high chemical activity, which manifests itself in the acceleration of oxidation of aluminum by water or oxygen. Aluminium in the composite Al/C has a high speed interaction with oxygen and water.
