Study on the Strategy Research of The Urban Low-carbon Development in the Post-disaster Reconstruction --Case Study of GuangYuan

Take post-disaster reconstruction typical city Guangyuan as the research object, it introduces the background and significance of our country's development of low-carbon city, expounding the concept and model of the low-carbon city. Using the new standard system of the low-carbon city announced by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, evaluate and analyze Guangyuan's low-carbon reconstruction effect .The results show that Guangyuan has environmental advantage for its rich clean energy resource, and 52.6% forest coverage, economic development lagging behind and clean energy technology backwardness is the main obstacle to Guangyuan's low-carbon development. Guangyuan's low-carbon development should be promoted by improving relevant regulations and system, lowcarbonization the industrial structure and energy consumption structure, advocating the citizen's low-carbon consciousness, and creating the clean energy technology.
