A Method for Determining and Applying Index Weights in the Sector Performance Appraisal System Based on Process

摘要

Establishing the performance evaluation index system which covers the scientific index weight is the key to improve enterprises' performance appraisal reliability and validity. In this paper, it aims at the problem to determine index weights in decision-making process, based on the analysis of now available methods, utilizing grey and fuzzy theory to discuss the problem of enterprises process-based sector performance evaluation index weight, to ensure that index system is reasonable and objective, and enhance the assessment scientific level.
