This paper is a part of dynamic monitoring of the grassland resources in the rangeland of China, Made a discussion of the techniques and examples of the grassland production measurement with NOAA-A VHRR data and the concerned models for large area, analysed the Grassland spacial models of the productivity in Xilingol League of Inner Mongolia.
