This paper describes a new framework of laser triangulation method for measuring the distance according to the basic principles of traditional laser triangulation method, which spread the range of the traditional measuring method. This method measure the distance for particle subsection by using three independent CCD that distribute uniformly along the optical axis and detect by using the plain reflected mirror as virtual detector which is equivalent to another CCD in the system when the beam image on the CCD. Collimator filter is composed of collimation system, polarizer and diaphragm, which reduce the impact of accurate measurement that measured surface is not ideal optical spot by reducing diameter of the imaging point on photosensitive surface of virtual detector, at the same time add light intensity control system to ensure stability of beam that control light intensity only fluctuating in a small range. The results of the system are effective agreement with the experimental observation.
