Regional Initiatives to Develop Hydrogen Economy: Aragon Case (Spain). HYTETRA European Project (Hydrogen Technology Transfer) and Regional Projects for Small and Medium Entities

The development of the hydrogen economy needs transnational, national and regional initiatives, and maybe the last is the most important to support Small and Medium Entities. The FOUNDATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW HYDROGEN TECHNOLOGIES IN ARAGóN, is the main initiative impelled by the Government of Aragón to support the development of the new technologies related to the renewable energies and hydrogen, to promote the settlement of Aragón into the economic activities related to the use of hydrogen as an energy carrier and to encourage research, technology development, co-generation, industrial adaptation, contributing to the industrial modernization and competitiveness enhancement.
