Study on Assessment System of Service Safety for Underground Commercial Facilities

摘要

In recent years, disaster defense and service safety for urban underground space are becoming common concerns of experts and scholars. Security issue is extremely important to underground space with large flow of people, such as underground commercial facilities. Therefore, it is the premise of service safety for underground commercial facilities to establish a safety assessment index system with clear hierarchy and reasonable relationship. The paper not only studies the types, the mechanism and the reasons of disasters, but also elaborates the principle of safety assessment index system for underground commercial facilities. At last, a preliminary safety assessment index system for underground commercial facilities is established which can be propitious to disaster prevention and reduction of underground commercial facilities.
