摘要

In organizations, it is essential to understand the current situation and resolve issues. In identifying issues, it is important and not easy for people within the organization to share their perceptions with each other, understanding the current situation of the organization. The present study focuses on the group issues identifying, in detail, sharing the perceptions of the actual situation within the organization, and awakening sensitivity of the organizational issues. In addition, a participatory presentation system is designed and implemented, and an evaluation experiment is conducted in an actual organization.
