Zhejiang Merchants are the most representative group in the modern Chinese economy. The research of the relationship between Zhejiang Merchants' capability structure and innovation behavior in the background of Chinese rising is very important This paper is based on recalling and summing up previous researches, re-classified the Zhejiang Merchants' capability structure and innovation behavior by using the theory of autonomy-corre-lation, then inputs capital variable, builds the theoretical model of Zhejiang Merchants' capability structure and innovation behavior, and puts some relative theoretical hypotheses forward.
