This study regards the research and develop Medical Instructional Media (MIM) about human's anatomy and 3D Projection Mapping (3DPM) for the application in 3D-MIM by showing the position of human organs and their mechanism, especially digestive and blood circulation systems. The MIM was done by using sensors to detect the movement of audiences to activate media to play video record with the 3DPM. The process of creating MIM consists of data collection, planning and designing the MIM, quality assessment and satisfaction of group sample respectively. From the experimental results, the algorithm works well the height of projector the position. The overall accuracy of uv texture is 89% and the accuracy of 3D mapping is 82%.
