Underwater non-contact wireless data communication is of great significance on overcoming high-cost, high-risk, hard maintenance and other defects of wired transmission, so that it is a kind of technology with urgent technical needs and has widely application prospect in deep-sea equipment, deep-sea observation, deep-sea environment monitoring and other fields. On the premise of short distance and low carrier frequency, we propose the scheme to realize the low-rate (1200bps) data's unidirectional transmission by using coils electromagnetic coupling technology. Main designs of the system can be divided into two sections, i.e. transmitting circuit and receiving circuit. Experimental results show that, this system can transmit the digital signal without error codes at the rate 1200bit/s, on the range of more than 45 degree solid angle, and the farthest distance can reach 20cm.
