The start-up firms have played more important roles in improving employees and innovations. While main researchs in strategy management were based on market matual enterprises, but a little about start-up firms. In the paper, we fixed the classic five-forces models, and analysed the start-up firms strategy select related to industry features. In end o f the paper, we take palace some commends of Chinese start-up firms about strategy select.
