摘要

The human resource allocation of salt enterprise is closely related to the development of salt enterprise. Sichuan 9D Salt Group has been taken for instance, which is located in Zigong, well-known as “Salt City”. The HR allocation and the current management situation of this Group have been investigated and analyzed in this paper. According to the production characters of well and rock salt, the sex proportion as 7:3 has been advanced in order to optimize the HR structure and sex ratios of salt enterprise.
