AN UNIVERSAL ONLINE GRAIN MOISTURE CONTENT MEASURINGMETHOD BASED ON DSP

A grain moisture measuring method based on DSP is discussed in the paper. First, the grain is leaded-in measuring capacitance by its gravity. Secondly, the grain moisture is measured through MPU and DSP, and the measured data are stored or displayed on LCD. Last, the grain that was measured is ejected by discharging screw feeder. Thereby, a measuring cycle finished. A DS18S20 is adopted to detect and compensate the temperature in the process of measuring grain moisture. The measuring precision is higher than 1% RH, exceeds the conventional measurement methods. The rapidity of this equipment is very fitting for online measuring.
