On the basis of the current situation of chemical incident decontamination, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the influencing factors existed in decontamination risk, establish the evaluation index system of chemical incident decontamination risk and determine weights of indexes by means of the analytic hierarchy process method. Therefore, the model and evaluation grades of fuzzy synthetic evaluation have been built to evaluate on hydrocyanic acid leakage incident occurred in Jingdu Gold Smelting Plant in Beijing. Studies show that the safety level of decontamination is common, consistent with the reality and of greatly high practical value.
