天然气净化厂安全管理能力的模糊综合评价

摘要

本文通过对天然气净化厂员工问卷调查，结合安全评价指标体系建立的原则及安全管理专家的意见，建立了天然气净化厂安全管理评价指标体系。利用层次分析法得出各指标的权重值，通过构建模糊综合评价数学模型建立了评判矩阵，根据最大隶属原则得出该天然气净化厂的安全管理能力等级。本次评价对于增强天然气净化厂的安全管理能力具有一定的指导作用。%In this paper ,based on questionnaire survey of a natural gas purification plant staff ,the evaluation index system of natural gas purification plant safety management is established combined with the principles of establishing evaluation in-dex system of safety management and the security expert advices .The weight of each index is given by AHP ,the evaluation matrix is established by constructing a fuzzy mathematical model and according to the principle of maximum membership ,the level of safety management ability of the natural gas purification plant is found .This evaluation has a certain instruction to enhance the safety management ability of natural gas purification plant .
