摘要

In this paper, considering customer value characteristic, an analysis system based on rough sets theory and decision tree is proposed. The degree of dependency of decision attribute to condition attribute, based on rough sets theory, is used as a heuristic in decision tree for selecting the attribute that will best separate the samples into individual classes. Customer value analysis system is introduced to verify the feasibility and necessity of above method.
