Application of Value Engineering in Space Engineering Project

摘要

The article reviews the theory and methods of Value Engineering (VE), and discusses the characters of VE application in Space Engineering Project, that is, everyone involved, every-stage applied, and everywhere scanned. Then a case study of VE application on certain spacecraft seat buffer system was analyzed in detail. Both theory and practice show that implementation of Value Engineering in the space engineering projects will achieve huge economic and social benefits.
