Evaluation of viral load and indication of DNA CMV, EBV herpes viruses in frequently ill children

The examination of 75 children aged from 6 to 60 months with qualitative DNA CMV, EBV indication in nasopharyngeal samples using PCR diagnostics methods was carried out. Quantitative evaluation of a viral load of DNA CMV, EBV in nasopharyngeal samples (n=13)Factors of congenital and adaptive immunity were studied. Characteristic features of immunological shifts at EBV infection, such as the increased levels of IgA and the decrease of HCTstim. comparing to the group of children with CMV indication were evaluated. Median viral load of DNA CMV in nasopharyngeal samples was 2100 DNA copy /105 cell, DNA EBV - 955 DNA copy /105 cell. We determined correlation among factors of TNK lymphocyte congenital immunity (r=0,9967), HCTstim. phagocyte (r=-0,9845) and the level of viral load of DNA EBV identified in pharynx.
